1. Are all Space Walk locations licensed and insured?
YES! Please ask your local Inflatable Operator to provide you with a copy of their occupational license and insurance certificate if you are in need of either. If not, know that you are putting yourself and children at risk in the event of an injury due to a product failure, incorrect setup, or damage to your property by the delivery crew.
2. Are Bounce Houses clean?
Yes! All Bounce Houses are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every Space Walk inflatable is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected by the branch representative to ensure cleanliness.
3. Do Bounce Houses contain any lead in the vinyl and are they safe?
All Bounce Houses are made from 100% lead free vinyl. We use many authorized manufacturers within the U.S.A. which then undergo our rigorous safety course and test that all our representatives must pass. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.

Rental rates will vary throughout our locations, always remaining competitive in the market that is served by our partner.
7. How far in advance should I reserve my Bounce Houses?
That would depend on the time of year and what inflatable(s) you would like to rent. Many of our rentals are booked well in advance of the usual holidays and major festivals. The best way to ensure that you will be able to reserve your desired unit is to book as soon as you have decided on the date for a party or event. We make every possible effort to avoid disappointing anyone who requests a specific item. Be sure to call your local branch and they will be happy to work with you.
8. How do I order a Space Walk?
Our local Certified Inflatable Operators are waiting for the opportunity to answer all of your questions and to help make your event or party special. We accept all major credit cards, business or personal checks, cash, and money orders. Payment options differ from branch to branch. Ask your local branch when placing your order what options are available.
10. Do you match competitor's prices or accept competitor's coupons?
We will match or beat any of our competitor's prices or coupons, provided it is for the same exact inflatable. We cannot, however, match delivery fees as they are dependent upon location.
11. Do you collect Sales Tax?

14. How long do I get to keep a Space Walk rental?
Here at Space Walk, we learned over 25 years ago that most children who play on inflatables aren’t satisfied with 3-4 hours of fun. With this in mind, all of our rentals are for a full day! We also offer overnight rentals for an additional charge and provide discounts for multiple day rentals.
15. Can I keep the Space Walk over night?
Yes, for a small additional fee you can request to keep your rental overnight. If you choose to pursue this service, the unit must be set-up in a secure area. Please contact your Space Walk representative for instructions and they’ll be happy to work with you. However, your Space Walk representative reserves the right to deny this service as well as the right to cancel the overnight portion at any time based on availability of equipment, weather, or other factors.
16. Why is an adult required at all times to monitor the use of an inflatable?
As is the case with any amusement attraction, playground equipment, or inflatable, there exists the possibility for misuse. Improper use by the occupants, such as climbing on the nets, rough housing, or running into one another can cause serious injury. It is important that a responsible adult be in charge of an inflatable at all times to ensure that all safety rules are followed to prevent injury.
17. hat happens if it rains?
If rain is predicted on the day of your rental you will be given the option to cancel your rental or reschedule at no cost. However, if you pick up the equipment or it is delivered to you there are no refunds.
18. What happens if I lose power?
All inflatables designed for commercial or rental use require a fan or blower that runs continuously. Should the blowers provided to you stop working, immediately remove the children playing in or on the inflatable. Then, check the circuit breaker to see if it has tripped. If it has tripped, reset the breaker and if this blower is working properly you may continue playing on the inflatable. Should the breaker trip a second time you should try another electrical outlet. If it trips again please call the number provided to you by our Partner.
19. How much electricity does the Space Walk use?
The blower runs continuously and uses approximately 14¢ of electricity per hour, utilizing less energy than most household appliances.
20. Do you bring extension cords?
Yes, Space Walk will bring 100 ft of industrial extension cord to accommodate your preferred set up location and determine the best outlet to use. If you anticipate needing to have the inflatable set up more than 100 ft from the electrical outlet, you will need to use a generator. Please notify your Inflatable Operator if you will need to rent a generator.
21. Can Bounce Houses be set-up indoors?
Yes. We can set up Bounce Houses in gymnasiums, halls, churches, or anywhere else that can accommodate the height of our inflatables.
22. Does the rental have to be set up on grass?
Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let your branch operator know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags
23. Can I use a water hose on a Space Walk?
Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are Space Walks designed for use with water. Your Certified Inflatable Operator will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent from their location.
24. Do you bring extension cords?
Yes, Space Walk will bring 100 ft of industrial extension cord to accommodate your preferred setup location and the best outlet to use. Please notify your representative if you will need to rent a generator.
25. Is it safe to use electricity with inflatables that use water?
It is important when using inflatables that require water that the electrical outlet be protected by a ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI). This will trip if there is an electrical short. Also, you should ensure that any extension cords or electrical cords are not in or around water.
